Tokyo Metro Open Ticket

Hi,
I am entering Japan from Kansai airport and getting to Tokyo via train.
Is the Tokyo Metro open ticket available only at Narita airport?
Is it possible to purchase from Kansai or Kyoto?

I am afraid it is only available at Narita Airport. It is also sold by travel agents in the Kansai region, but only in combination with some other travel purchases, such as a hotel reservation, train ticket, tour package, etc.

Tokyo Metro has 2 types of open tickets.
One they call "Special Open Ticket" which is only sold at Narita Airport and designated travel agents. This is the special priced one.
And the regular "Open ticket" which is sold at all Tokyo Metro Stations in Tokyo, this is the regular priced one.
