1) JR Nikko Line from Nikko to Utsunomiya
2) JR Tohoku Shinkansen from Utsunomiya to Koriyama
3) JR Banetsu-sai Line from Koriyama to Inawashiro
But from Inawashiro Station, you will have to take a non-JR Bus to the ponds.
