Does anyone have the recipe for the Showa Hot Cake mix in English?

You will need 2 eggs and milk(150cc) along with showa hotcake mix(350g).
1. Mix all of these up in bowl.(personally I like 1 spoon of butter also) 2. Pre-heat a pan with vegi oil.(don't over heat it) 3. Pour mixed thingy into the pan to bake 4. Flip hotcake to bake other side. 5. Eat them up yum!

Bobo, thank you so much for your response - just a quick follow-up question - do I need to cover the pan with a lid when I cook the hotcake on a low heat? Some people say yes, some people say no. Thanks again, Deborah

No,don't cover it. After preheating the pan,place it on wet towel once before pouring pancake mix. (I don't know why but that's what my mom told me)
