There are easy to understand signs pointing in the direction of the Narita Express. Note that if there is a convenient connection, it is easier to change from the shinkansen to the Narita Express at Shinagawa Station than at Tokyo Station, because Shinagawa Station is a less complicated station than Tokyo Station.
