JR east pass from Shinjuku to Nikko?

My plan will travel from Shinjuku to Nikko by limited express[JR-Tobu-Nikko Line(Nikko, Spacia Nikko, Kinugawa and Spacia Kinugawa trains)].Because JR east pass extended acceptance since first July 2008.May I must pay any extracharge?

No surcharge needs to be paid! The validity of the JR East Pass was extended to cover the limited express trains from Shinjuku to Nikko earlier this year, just as you wrote.
