Is LTD.EXP (WIDEVIEW)HIDA covered by JR rail pass?

Local JR buses are included, but most JR higway buses are not. The JR bus to Gotemba Outlet is a highway bus and is not covered. But JR trains to Gotemba (except the Asagiri limited express) are covered. From JR Gotemba Station, there is a free shuttle bus to the outlet.
