Hey guys,
Would Suica/ NEX be a good pass to get in this case?
Will be planning to use JR/Tokyo Metro and Toei line to get around Tokyo.
Will be based in Hamamatsucho.

None can answer your question for sure, because it depends on how many days/months you will stay in Tokyo, how far you will travel from Tokyo(I mean interregional trips) for how many days, how often you will use the train/subway. BUT judging from your posts, SUICA will be the best option for you. http://www.japan-guide.com/forum/quereadisplay.html?2+55856

Suica is perfect for trips in the immediate area regardless of how long you stay there. Even if you were only there for a couple of days it would save you a lot of time trying to figure out which fare to purchase for each individual journey. And I still want to know if you were a train driver in Victoria Oz. Can't be too many SO's out there.

Will be in Tokyo for one week, will be travelling to Shin-Yokohama for the Club World Cup, to Saitama to see the stadium, and of course around central Tokyo to see the sights!
