Tower Beers

Hello

When I first went to Japan 3 years ago I went to a restaurant in Machida that served Beer in Big towers that were brought to the table, you could then pour your own beer from the tower.
Does anyone know the actual name of this place, we have been calling it Tower Beers,I think there was a yellow sign with a cat on the front of the restaurant.

Isnt the place English pub?
There is an English pub called HUB near Odakyu Machida sta and they have tower beer like this..

No it's not the Hub, it's a Japanese Restaurant.
I think it was beside a pachinko place called Gold On if that helps. It was on the third or fouth floor I think

Bunka Yokocho (文化横丁). It is just down from the Hub (not sure if the Hub is still there anymore). It's on your left hand side and next to a game center.
