Is Hotel Villa Fontaine in either Shiodome, Hamamatsucho, Otemachi convenient? That is, is it near shopping centres, eateries & any airport limousine goes there?

The official website has detailed information and maps for all its locations: http://www.hvf.jp/eng/Of the three locations, the Shiodome location looks most convenient and attractive to me. It is also the only of the three locations that is served by an airport bus, as it is located just next to the Conrad Tokyo hotel: http://www.limousinebus.co.jp/en/timetable/narita/ginza_h.ht...You can reach Shinbashi Station on the JR Yamanote Line in a 5 minute walk, which goes entirely underground, so you don't get wet even in rainy weather.
