I will stay at shinjuku for 12 days.Can I buy five pax of this 2-day open ticket [at Narita airport]?

Yes, there is no limit. The question is whether the passes will pay off or not, because they are only valid on Tokyo Metro Lines, but not on JR and Toei lines. I personally would rather use a Suica or Pasmo prepaid card that covers all, and overall could come cheaper, unless you keep on using Tokyo Metro Lines intensively everyday.
