Hi, I'll be in Japan early next month. Can anyone tell where can I find an Okonomiyaki place in Tokyo or Osaka that I can make one it myself at a table - with the choices of ingredients I choose!!.

Usually you can bake your own okonomiyaki in the restaurants you'll find on the top floor(s) of department stores. I remember going to one in the store next to the Central East exit of JR Shinjuku station, but that was some years ago.

On the Oeda or Yurakucho subway lines get off at the Tsukishima Station. And you'll have many choices for Okonomiyaki places.
