Free PlayStation in Sony Building?

hi,
I read that we can play PlayStation for free at Sony Building level 6. Is this still possible? Is there such a service anywhere else?
Where can we find arcades like Timezone in Tokyo? preferably one with Daytona and some non-computer games like basketball, also if possible, somewhere near a subway station not too far away fr Tokyo stn.
