Hakone trip 2008/10/26 00:18
I will arrive Narita on 30Nov at 7a.m. and will connect the train from Narita to Shinjuku for Hakone trip wuth Hakone Pass but I read from the hotel suggestion that they do not recommend to connect the train on the same day as you won't be able to get Hakone within day time. Please advise if it's possible. Can I go to Kawaguchiko first and come back to stay in Hakone? Thanks in advance for your help.

If you arrive as early as 7am, you will have no problems to get to Hakone within the day. It takes approximately five hours from arrival in Narita until arrival in Hakone.

Though it must be very cold at Kawaguchiko at the end of November as it locates at the northern part of Mt.Fuji, marathon will be held on Nov30 starting at 7:30am.

Thanks a lot for your info. With Hakone Free Pass, can I go to Kawaguchiko? Or I have to by Fuji Hakone pass.
