Buses/Train in Sapporo

Hi All
Have tried to search for buses (fares and timetable) in Sapporo to nearby resorts (Niseko, Otaru,Noboribetu, etc) in English but most comes in Japanese. Anyone knows the link to English site? Is it worth visitng Noboribetu in winter (dec)? Anyone knows how to find the JR train routes, fares and timing as well. Thank you.
