This sentence does not make sense at all.
"kowai" = scary
"onegai" = please
... I recognize bits of phrases, but as a whole, it's a complete jumble. WHere did you get this?

nihonbun - Japanese (usually followed by words such as ''literature'' or ''grammar'')
But yeah, it does not really make any sense.
