Minato mirai day pass

Hi, read somewhere that there is an all-day minato mirai pass that includes transportation from Shibuya and back and costs 840.

(1) where can I get the pass?

(2) Can the pass be used on only Toyku Toyoko Line and Minoto Mirai Line in Yokohama?

At any station of the Tokyu Railway network, including Tokyu Shibuya Station.

Can the pass be used on only Toyku Toyoko Line and Minoto Mirai Line in Yokohama?

If you buy it from Shibuya, yes. But the ticket can be bought from any station on the Tokyu network and consists of a round trip from that station to Yokoahama along Tokyu train lines and unlimited use of the Minato Mirai Line between Yokohama and Motomachi-Chukagai Station.
