Hi,
I'm going to be in Hokkaido from Sunday 21Dec morning to Wednesday 24Dec night.
Would this plan be ok:
21Dec: morning arrive in Sapporo. Explore Sapporo during the day. Stay overnight in Sapporo.
22 Dec: Go to Noboribetsu. Visit the Hell Valey and maybe the bear farm.
Stay overnight at Noboribetsu.
23 Dec: Go to Hakodate. Go around Hakodate and visit Mount Hakodate.
24 Dec: Travel back to Chitose Airport to fly back to Tokyo.
Do you think this is ok? Or should I skip Noboribetsu and stay 2 nights at Sapporo and got to Hakodate on the 23rd.

Do you think this is ok?
I strongly recommend to fly back to Tokyo from Hakodate Airport. It saves you more than three hours of backtracking.
If visiting Noboribetsu, I recommend to stay overnight. Note that some hotels have free shuttle buses from Sapporo!
