It's in Hachioji, which is about 40 minutes by train from Shinjuku in central Tokyo.

Yes, Hachioji City is in western part of Tokyo prefecture, about 1 hour from central Tokyo by train to Hachioji or Kita-hachioji station, and then depending on exactly where it is, additional time on foot (40 minutes or so) or taxi to get there. Junction Produce - car parts shop, I assume. They do not have any of their own shops in Tokyo. One of their "authorized dealers" is in Tokyo prefecture, but again somewhat far from central Tokyo. http://dressauto.web.fc2.com/index.html
