I see some Japanese names in it, but it does not form a sentence, and "x" and "c" are not used in romanized Japanese text.

This one is Japanese :) It must be song lyrics or something, along the line of:
"I want to live today as it comes/accept today as it is Mid-winter stellar constellation is my lover; I have been waiting for long"

"koda kumi xiao ka ai" means "Koda Kumi is quite cute" the chinese "ke ai" is like the japanaese "kawaii"...
