We need to park our car near Nagoya Airport for 18 days during December/Jan. Is there anything cheaper than the airport parking?

Assuming you mean Nagoya's Central Japan Airport, note that there are many discount parking businesses besides the official airport parking, which can be relatively inexpensive. You can find them by entering 中部空港 駐車場 into Google: http://www.google.com/
