Hi, can anyone recommend a romantic restaurant in tokyo with a nice view?
Ideally, one where I would be able to reserve a private area.
I'm thinking up to 10,000 yen per person. Lower price would be nice too.

"Top of Shinagawa" in Main tower of Shinagawa Prince hotel has a fabulous view, and private booths in the bar area surrounding the restaurant part: not sure about prices...or private booths in restaurant..maybe email the hotel and ask??? Have fun!!..
