bus from otaru to club med sahoro

can someone please advise how do i get information on bus service from otaru to shintoku train station (club med sahoro)?

Except on popular routes, it is rare for bus companies to directly compete with train lines. In this case, I am not sure whether there is even a bus alternative to the train.
