Hi, There is not airport in Sasebo City. You should go to Nagasaki Airport. from Nagasaki Airport to Sasebo City by Bus. (80 minutes) from Nagasaki Airport to Huis Ten Bosch by Bus. (50 minutes) If you will stay Nagasaki City, you can go to Huis Ten Bosch by bus in 90 minutes. Please see ACCESS/MAP in Huis Ten Bosch web site. Do you know Norikae Annai (train route finder)? http://www.jorudan.co.jp/english/You can search the traffic route and approx. time at this web-site.

Due to lower fares on the Tokyo-Fukuoka route, it might actually be cheaper to fly into Fukuoka and then take a bus or train to Sasebo instead of flying into Nagasaki Airport.

I recommend Skymark, which flies into Fukuoka Airport. That is closer to Sasebo than New-Kitakyushu Airport served by Starflyer. But even JAL and ANA have very competitive fares on the Tokyo-Fukuoka route if you book in advance. More details about discount air tickets: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2364.html
