Miyako Odori 2009

Hi!

I need some advice: I'm planning to see Miyako odori at spring 2009 and I would like to know how to reserve tickets. Every website says that reservation can be made only with phone or fax.
I prefer fax, but does it have to be in japanese? Or can I write in english? And which information I should give? Name, date, phone number??

Therefore, you can assume that it is okay to write the fax in Japanese. I would include name, date, number of persons and contact details in your home country and Japan.
