Air Pass in Vancouver

I'm trying to get a flight from Narita to Osaka (Dec.13/08) with the Air Pass but where do I purchase this Pass in Vancouver, BC? Doesn't seem like the agents know. Also, how do I book that flight?

I am on the site now and it looks like you need to contact the the specific airlines directly yourself . The website provides contact numbers for all affiliated airlines. I'm very interested in using Airpass too...

I live in Vancouver, BC.
I usually go to Silkway in Crystal Mall, Burnaby, BC.
Ask for Teresa Yang or the Manager Rosa for the best service. They are familiar with Airpass.
