Does JR Pass covers Niseko Ski Express?

I'm going to Niseko from Sapporo and I wonder whether JR PASS covers LEX Niseko Ski Express or not? Unless I will use JR Hakodate line instead. Thanks!!

You can take the train on the JR Pass. I contacted JR Hokkaido.
