Explain driver's licence details

Just got my Japanese drivers licence. Could anyone explain the different sections on the licence and what they mean because I don't understand Japanese? In particular, the long numbers and the red boxes at the bottom. How do I tell what my entitlement is (though it should just be for a normal car).
Also, when I got it I had to enter 2 pin numbers - what do I do with these? Do I ever need them again?
