Fiber Optics Jobs in Japan?

I was wondering if there are any jobs in japan that would require a Fiber Optics Certification. Or a CET? I am currently a FO Tech and will have a CET by next August. Please Help!?!

Do you speak Japanese fluently enough to explain all about fiber optics to a prospective Japanese customer who doesn't speak English at all? As an immigrant myself (not to Japan) I only know too well that fluency in the language and culture of your new country is more important to get a first job than any technical knowledge you can have. Some of my staff are highly educated, way more than me, but it was in their native country. They came to North America after they turned 40 and 20 year later their English is still minimum. They have made a good life for their kids but their own potential has been wasted.
