Cheap car service needed

I am looking to put mirror tint on my back windows, get a new paint job, and change the seats to leather seats. My car is a Jeep. Does anyone know where I go in Yokohama or Kanagawa area. Tokyo is ok as well, but not too far east. Also, how much would it cost me to do this?

Yea, it would have been much faster and easier to just go down to any of the autobacs, yellowhat, pit 100, or any other car shops you pass everyday for a quote rather than searching a primarily travel related forum.
