Tokyo Subway and New Years

Hello again I'm in Tokyo now and have another question.
Does anyone know the hours of operation for the Tokyo Subway system the night of December 31?
Or where I could find out that information for some specific lines?
(In particular the Seibu - Ikebukuro line).

Note that the Seibu Ikebukuro line is not the subway, it is an above- ground train. The distinction is fairly important in Tokyo as the networks and stations are different, as are the companies that run the services.
