Hi,

Is there any bus from Takayama to Nagano(Karuizawa price shopping plaza) as the JR is approx 6 hrs?If yes, please advise:

a. where to buy the ticket?

b. how much is the bus ticket?

c. How long is the journey?

d. where to board the bus?

There is no direct bus. The following is the fastest way of travel:

1) Take the bus from Takayama to Matsumoto (2.5 hours):

2) Take trains from Matsumoto to Karuizawa (approx. 100-130 minutes):
