C5 (mickey/clover) with JP 2 pin plug

I am bringing an Aussie laptop with a 3 prong plug. Im not able to get a 3 to 2 adapter in Aus only a 2 to 2! Is it easy to get a C5 (cloverleaf) to 2 prong JP plug when i get to Japan. It looks like this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IEC_connector#C5_and_C6_connect... I need to know for sure before i leave i dont want to get there and be stuck. Alternatively i plan to piggyback two adapters (AU to UK) to (UK to JP) has anyone down this? Thanks
