1) For the JR East 4 day flexi pass, how does the 1 day work? (Is it a 24hrs or does it work by date?)
2) What is the earliest bus timing for the Zao Onsen Mountain to Yamagata JR?

The validity is based on calendar days (midnight to midnight).
What is the earliest bus timing for the Zao Onsen Mountain to Yamagata JR?
The first bus leaves Yamagata Station at 7:00.
