Hi,

I wonder how long should i spend in Mt Aso national park.

Is it worthwhile to visit Kirishima national park too?
Is there another way to get to Kirishima beside Kagoshima?

and if it wouldn't be tight to do in one day Mt Aso (after night at kumamoto) - Oita - Beppu (and maybe to return to Fukuoka at night).

Last question about Nagasaki. day trip from Fukuoka or night stay?

thanx

One day is enough to see the volcano. Two days if you want to see it in more detail.

If you like hiking, hot springs and volcanic landscapes, yes, certainly.

Access is explained here:

It is possible, but you won't have much time in Oita and Beppu.

Last question about Nagasaki. day trip from Fukuoka or night stay?

Either is possible. I recommend the latter if you prefer a slow pace and have the time.

...is a good central place to spend a night or two. We booked a rental car there and drove to all the sights including Aso. Good driving roads where other transport can be difficult and inconvenient. We then ferried Oita to Matsuyama on Shikoku.

There is one direct ferry per day. Alternatively, you can take more frequent ferries from nearby Beppu to Yawatahama or Misaki and take a bus/train to Matsuyama from there.

The ferry routes are shown here:
