I don't know how to get to Mifunegaoka in Takeo City (Saga Prefecture).

By train. Takeo's main station is called "Takeo Onsen":

How do I get to Mifunegaoka (is it a park or something?) from the station?

Also, I wanted to know how to get to Yutoku Inari Shrine in Kashima city after Takeo.

Mifunegaoka Bairin (Œδ‘D‚ͺ‹u”~—сjis not a park but a grove at the foot of Mt. Mifune. You can reach the grove on foot from Takeo Onsen station (about 15 min).

On this map, you can see Takeo Onsen (•—Y‰·ς‰wjat the top left and Yutoku Inari i—S“Ώˆξ‰Χ_ŽΠjat the bottom. If you go directly from Takeo Onsen to the Shrine, take JR Sasebo line to Hizen Yamaguchi(”μ‘OŽRŒϋj and change into JR Nagasaki line to Hizen Kashima (”μ‘OŽ­“‡). Then take Yutoku (—S“Ώjbus to the shrine. (15 min)
