No, but there are trains. Assuming you refer to Nara Park when you refer to "Nara Deer Park", the closest railway station is Kintetsu-Nara Station, followed by Nara Station. Takarazukaminamiguchi is a station name. You can use the station names to look up possible routes here: http://www.jorudan.co.jp/english/norikae/

Brand new Hanshin Namba line

At present, you need to change several times when traveling btween Nara and Takarazuka by train. After March 20, Hanshin Namba line is open and you need only to change at Imazu station on Hanshin railway. You dont need to buy a ticket twice if you have Surutto Kansai prepaid card or Smart IC card. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hanshin_Nishi-Osaka_Line
