I have a Japanese fiance who is living in Australia. I would like to know what are the new rules and regulations in Filipino and Japanese marriage? I would like to ask ,how long does a Japanese VISA and passport will be processed? Since, my fiance is living in Australia,is there any other documents that we need to submit or present in Japanese embassy here in Philippines?All i know is the kosoketo, birth certificate and divorce papers. I am looking forward to hear the answers from those persons who know this legal matters. Maraming Salamat! Joyce

Where do you intend to get married?
Who needs a passport, and where will it be issued?
Who needs a visa?
Without knowing the answers to these questions, it's going to be difficult to get a reliable answer here...
