May i know when is the spring holidays for school in japan? I plan to go end of march till early of april. will the domestic transport price increase?

will the domestic transport price increase?Domestic airfares are a little bit increased, I believe. Furthermore, some of the air passes have a blackout period: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2364.htmlTicket prices for trains and most buses are not increased. Only some discount highway bus operators might charge a surcharge. Rental car rates and expressway tolls are not increased.
