I'll have 1 free day to cycle around Tokyo during my next trip in Feb. Is it a good idea? Can I rely on rental bicycle or should I bring my folded bike with me? Any recommended route or place to go? Thanks

Bicycle rental is very common in Tokyo. The Hostel I stayed at even had rental bikes! That website link looks great if you read Japanese.
