Saturday (4-4) Tusukji Fish Market Shibuya district- Hachiko Statue, Spain Slope Asakusa- Sensoji Temple Akihabara- walk around
KYOTO Monday (3-30)- arriving 12 Kodaiji Temple Kiyomizu Temple Gion- Gion Corner, Hanamikoji dori, dinner
Tuesday (3-31) Fushimi Inari Shrine Arashiyama- Tenryuji Temple, Togetsukyo Bridge, Kokedera Kinkaku-ji Temple Ryoan-ji Temple

I think there is no kabuki on the 28th. The March performance seems to last from March 2-26.
And I think that 3-31 and 4-1 might be too busy (depending on your travel style), especially since the Imperial Palace and Kokedera require reservations at fixed time slots, which will reduce your flexibility.
Apart from that, it looks like a doable itinerary.
