It is a nonstop journey by JR Narita Express. Very easy:

JR Narita Express is direct from Narita Airport (both terminals) to Tokyo station. depending on where you need to be in Tokyo itself you may need to change, but not before Tokyo station. Your JR Pass will need to be activated at JR office at airport, and staff there can help you with any questions. good luck.

Hi there. I got Express into city last year. It also stops at Shinjuku station. Be advised. The seats are alocated. DO sit in your allocated seat as the train splits into 2 to go to seperate stations (Tokyo and Shinjuku).
