Haneda airport to JR Ikebukuro

Hi, is Narita Express or Keisei skyliner/limited express best way of getting to JR Ikebukuro station? I am confused trying to read the keisei routes shown on the Haneda Airport access on its webpage. Any advice?

No, they do not even serve Haneda Airport! They only serve Narita Airport.

Dear Uji,

thanks for your clarification. Can I check with you if I can take the monorail from Haneda Terminal 2, then transfer at JR Hamamatsucho and continue up to JR Ikebukuro?
Or will limousine bus be cheaper and faster?
