Pl comment on my foll. itinerary. Pl also advise on on 7th and 8th June - what interesting places to see, and whether there is enough time? Also 9th June at Sapporo. After returning the rental car, will I have enough time to follow my itinerary on that day? Grateful thanks.
1st June (Monday)
CHITOSE – SAPPORO
Arriving Chitose at 1.10 pm.
• Chitose – Sapporo via JR airport express train @ JPY 1040 (one way, run every 15 mins and ride about 40 mins) [book ticket from train station]
• TV Tower / City Hall (view from 19th floor) (only opens Mon – Fri office hours)
• Ramen Alley
2nd June (Tuesday)
SAPPORO
• Collect car from Sapporo
• Tokeidai wooden clock tower
• Otaru Canal
• Chocolate factory
3rd June (Wednesday)
SAPPORO – NOBORIBETSU
• Mt Moiwa (morning view) + ropeway
• Shikosu Lake
• Jigokudani (Hell Valley – volcanic wasteland)
4th June (Thursday)
NOBORIBETSU – TOYA
• Chikyu Cape (Lighthouse) Drive on Hakucho Bridge (certain part could watch dolphin and whale)
• Toya National Park
• Toya-ko Lake
• Usu-zan (active volcano) + ropeway

• Connect domestic flight from Chitose Airport to Narita Airport
• Overnight at Narita
