it is always a little bit confusing, if you don`t know the kanjis, but hey, i try:
LISTEN TO MY MEMORIES I REMEMBER HEAVENLY hate nai yozora ni nomikomarete mo sakebitai
"the endless nightsky is overwhleming me, so I want to cry out"
LISTEN TO MY MEMORIES I REMEMBER HEAVENLY ano sora wo tobikoete tsukame mabataita ryuusei wo
"and for just a second there was a sparkling (or a sparkle) shooting star in my reach"
I MISS YOU

Lyrics are difficult in that they are like poetry - words may be omitted and word connections/usage may be loose at times, and only the writer would know really what was intended. Yet, the following would be more a grammatical interpretation.
hate nai yozora ni nomikomarete mo sakebitai
Even if I am swallowed by the endless nightsky, I want to cry out (my memories)
ano sora wo tobikoete tsukame mabataita ryuusei wo
Jump over that sky and reach/grab the shooting star that twinkled.
