Your name isn't gonna change much in a different language. The pronounciation may differ a little (e.g. Scott becomes Sukotto, Fred - Fureddo, James - Jaimuzu) but you won't suddenly become Hideyoshi.

Unfortunately it only works for names as pronounced in English. My first name pronounciation is .usually butchered in English so this site gives me the wrong Japanese sound for that name.
