Hi,

I read somewhere on this forum that the Shijo Karasuma location is better than the Gojo Karasuma location. Can anyone explain why? Is it because its better for sightseeing, easier to get to, better decor etc

Because Shijo one is closer(less than 1 min) to the stations than Gojo one(3 mins). and two rail lines are available at Shijo.

Thanks for that. The dates that I'm interested in are showing with a ''-'' so I assume the rooms are not available to book yet.

Toyoko Inn members can reserve starting six months before the staying date. Non-members three months.

I hope there would be rooms available when they release the dates for non members!
