Hello I live in Hirakata city and I was wondering the best way from the Keihan line

1) Keihan Line to Sanjo Station
2) Tozai Subway Line to its final station, Uzumasa-Tenjingawa
From there, you can walk to the Eigamura in a 10-15 minute walk.
