How to travel on Romance car to Hakone

I get into tokyo after the Odakyu service center closes, but I want to go to Hakone the next morning on the Romance car. Can I buy tickets for the Romance Car the next morning morning for the 7 am train? If so, where do I buy the tickets? Thank you!

Liz,
You can get tickets and seat reservations at Shinjuku Station. If you are travelling at a weekend, there is a possibility that the train could be fully booked, so you ought to have a couple of contingency plans in hand, allowing you to catch later trains or travel by JR (via Odawara).
