How do i get to okachimachi from fujisawa by train?

The easiest seems to be a Tokaido line train to Shimbashi and then a Yamanote Loop (inner) to Okachimachi. If confused by inner and outer the inner Yamanote will be going in the same direction as the Tokaido that you got off.

you take the JR Tokaido Honsen headed for Tokyo and change to the Yamanote Line at Shinbashi station(toward Tokyo and Ueno), then you can get to Okachimachi in just about ten minutes from Shinbashi. Hope it helped!

Changing from the Tokaido Line to the Yamanote Line at Tokyo Station instead of Shimbashi Station can be slightly faster.
