Budget Hotel - Kyoto for Family of Five?

Does anyone know of a budget hotel in the Kyoto area that will sleep a family of five? Adding a roll away or two would not be a problem if allowable. Thanks much!

We have booked into the Budget Inn in kyoto (about 3800yen per guest per nite) and my parents have booked into the Sakura inn down the road (only because there wasnt enough room at the Budgt inn). Both faciliteis have sister hotels/hostels that you can look at as well
